Last minute stay. Comfortable stay. Restaurant was quite expensive but the food was really good so worth it. Pizzas were great! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to walk to centre or get an Uber. Breakfast was great
Met lovely Marina at reception who sorted my room out.She was very kind and polite, I was travelling on my own for the first time, camr to study a short course at the uni and she made me feel at ease. Which I can't thank her enough for. Breakfast was lovely, they had a continental breakfast and cooked breakfast too I tried both over the three days and it was all good, great,clean presentation tasted good- no complaints. My room was lovely and spacious and had a kettle/iron/ironing board /hairdryer and fridge. I got room service on my first night, too tired to venture out. I ordered fish and chips they were delicious, nice big fresh fish and chunky chips with lovely sauces. My only niggle was the pillows I like rectangular pillows and they were square and puffed up around my head when I laid on them, but I was so tired I slept anyway so all in all I would highly recommend this hotel. ideal location. Parking was 2min walk and I had my parking reduced at the hotel lobby before leaving so great plus point. I would definitely come back, thank you Novotel your staff are wonderful and your hotels beautiful.
Stayed here over a weekend - everyone was so friendly and helpful. Bridget at the Reception desk was very welcoming. Breakfast was really tasty, varied and we were impressed by how frequently the hot food was getting replenished. Room itself was great, spacious and clean. During our stay we made use of the gym as well. City centre is within walking distance. Overall we had an amazing experience and would certainly recommend to others.
I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. You get 30min to park right infront of the hotel to drop off bags and then there's a safe multistory carpark just around the corner. The entrance to the hotel is attractive with open atrium and Christmas tree. Room was lovely and very comfy bed. I would definitely stay again.
3 nights stay over our wedding and it was stunning, the room and views were amazing! Incredibly comfortable bed! The breakfast was fantastic! A lot of choice and very tasty! Could not fault anything 10/10! Staff were incredibly friendly too! Parking could be better situated however being able to park outside for 30 mins helped this a lot! Other than that honestly such an amazing experience!
This is a absolutely beautiful hotel. It is more than a home from home. The staff are very helpful and kind. We were here for one night to attend the University interview. The staff knew why we were there and were happy to point us to the direction of the University. The rooms are spacious and very clean same as the hotel. The breakfast had many delicious choices. Slippers and body lotion would be great additions, other than that 5 star all the way.
Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel is modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean. I stayed on one of the higher floors and the panoramic views of the city and the Liverpool university and the cathedrals were breathtaking. The rooms are spacious with super comfortable beds and high-end Rituals toiletries. You also get mineral water cans in this hotel, although the Novotel Leicester does not offer them during my stay last week. It is also located in a more convenient and quiet area than the other Novotel Liverpool City Center one. Still a short, easy walk into the city center - 15-minute walk - with great opportunity to cross by the university and cathedrals, but far enough away to be peaceful at night. Highly recommend.
My experience during my stay was superb. I received a warm welcome from the front-of-house team, which immediately set a positive tone for the visit. My room was excellent, and throughout my three-night stay all the staff were courteous and very attentive. The breakfast selection was excellent, and there was also a good choice available in the restaurant. I cannot fault the experience and will definitely be returning. I will also be highly recommending it to anyone visiting Liverpool.
